Distance Sales Agreement

By finalizing your acquisition at VELTORI, you enter into a professional covenant governed by Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. The Parties

This agreement is between VELTORI STORE (The Merchant) and you (The Client). Recorded details serve as an integral part of this manifesto.

2. Subject & Pricing

This contract covers the selected jewelry creations. Listed prices include all applicable statutory taxes in Türkiye. Full payment is required via authorized channels.

3. Delivery

The Maison commits to dispatching your acquisitions within 30 days. In the event of force majeure, the client will be offered the choice of a deferred delivery or a full refund.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Clients hold a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, Bespoke creations and Earrings are considered final acquisitions and are non-returnable due to health regulations.

5. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be settled by the Consumer Courts of Istanbul.
