  • • Orders below that threshold will incur a flat shipping fee

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

All orders placed at VELTORI are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In rare cases, you may reach our Client Care team within 12 hours. While we cannot guarantee any changes, we’ll try to assist only if your order hasn’t entered processing yet.

7. Do you accept returns?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry or accessories once shipped. All sales are final.
