Prior to a long-term enterprise agreement, we offer a 7-day, non-binding pilot designed to let your leadership team evaluate our service model within its own boardroom environment. The pilot allows you to assess culinary craftsmanship, thermal consistency, and service discipline firsthand.

Our dedicated delivery fleet uses active thermo modules, pre-heating procedures, and controlled packaging protocols to manage the targeted 75°C core serving temperature standard from dispatch through boardroom staging.

Where contractually applicable and subject to operational conditions, urgent meeting additions or unforeseen operational disruptions may trigger a replacement process. Our motorized dispatch operation is structured to complete hot replacement service within 35 minutes where conditions permit.

Our service can be structured for different team sizes, from boutique executive boardrooms to large-scale corporate headquarters. Applicable minimum daily volumes and corporate pricing are determined during the proposal stage according to the required operating model and service scope.

Allergy and dietary requirements are handled on a need-to-know and data-minimization basis. Operational requirements such as Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, or Vegan meals are incorporated into the kitchen plan through controlled preparation and cross-contamination prevention procedures.

In accordance with Turkish Food Safety Law No. 5996 and our internal quality procedures, retained witness samples are collected from relevant production batches and preserved under controlled conditions for 72 hours to support traceability and oversight across operations.

Corporate services may be consolidated into a structured periodic E-Invoice workflow, providing procurement and finance teams with a clean, organized, and traceable accounting process.
