At VELTORI, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene and safety standards, returns or exchanges are not accepted on shipped jewelry or accessories. All sales are final.
Cancellations & Changes
All orders at VELTORI are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. In rare cases, you may contact us within 12 hours of placing the order through our Client Care page.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
Customs & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and not included in product or shipping prices.
Limitation of Liability
VELTORI is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
