Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure the highest standards of public health, we do not accept returns or exchanges outside of warranty cases. Every acquisition is final, honoring the privacy of jewelry and the sanctity of its first touch.

The Warranty Journey
  1. Elite Communication: Contact our Concierge Service via support@veltori.store.
  2. Preparation: Place the item in its original VELTORI packaging.
  3. The Handover: Deliver the parcel to our authorized shipping partner.
  4. Technical Evaluation: Once approved, we will initiate the refund process.
Exceptions
  • Failure to follow the Jewelry Care Guide.
  • Personalized items, bespoke creations, and fine watches.
  • Earrings: These are final acquisitions and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
