1. General Information

This site is operated by VELTORI. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable laws. For more about our vision, visit the About Us page.

2. Products & Services

All products shown are subject to availability and may be removed or updated without notice. Images are representative and minor variations (such as tone, texture, or size) may occur.

While we strive for accurate descriptions, VELTORI reserves the right to change product content, design, or sourcing at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) including VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may appear in other currencies (USD, EUR, SAR, etc.) for reference, but final payment is processed in TRY or via the payment provider's exchange rate.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties, local taxes, currency differences, and any transaction fees charged by payment providers.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Istanbul HQ or via our logistics partners. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, though delays may occur due to demand, weather, or logistics. VELTORI is not liable for such delays.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Additional fees for undeliverable orders due to address errors will be borne by the customer.

International shipping may experience customs delays. VELTORI is not responsible for such delays or any resulting charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return/refund requests are reviewed under the right of withdrawal. However, per Turkish law (Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15), earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other hygiene-related items cannot be returned once unsealed. In valid cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—texts, graphics, logos, images, product designs, videos, and other media—is owned or licensed by VELTORI. All rights reserved.

Copying, reproducing, redistributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Law No. 5846 and international IP treaties.

7. Limitation of Liability

VELTORI is not liable for interruptions, technical errors, data loss, profit loss, or incidental damages arising from use of this website. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the order. VELTORI is not directly responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers.

These limitations are valid under Turkish Obligations Law No. 6098 and related legislation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. All disputes shall be settled by Istanbul courts.

9. Force Majeure

VELTORI is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, or government actions.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.

11. Order Cancellation

All orders placed on VELTORI are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. In rare cases, customers may contact Client Care within 12 hours for cancellation review, provided the order has not entered the preparation stage.

12. Right of Withdrawal & Exceptions

Under Turkish law, consumers may withdraw from distance sales within 14 days of delivery. However, hygiene-sensitive items (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) are excluded from returns once unsealed (Article 15 of Distance Contracts Regulation).
