Care Manifesto & Quality Guarantee
✦
At the House of VELTORI, we consider every piece a covenant of eternal beauty and quality. Committed to the excellence of our craftsmanship, we provide a 12-month guarantee covering manufacturing defects, color fading, or any non-compliance with the aesthetic and technical standards approved by the House.
Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure the highest standards of public health, and because every creation leaving our House is maintained with extreme care and subjected to rigorous quality protocols before shipment, we do not accept returns or exchanges outside of warranty cases. Every acquisition is final, honoring the privacy of jewelry and the sanctity of its first touch.
The Warranty Journey
Should your piece qualify for a warranty claim, we provide a fully complimentary exchange or refund service through the following journey:
- Elite Communication: Please contact our Concierge Service via email at support@veltori.store to open your dedicated care file.
- Preparation: Carefully place the item in its original VELTORI packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.
- The Handover: Deliver the parcel to our authorized shipping partner at the location and time coordinated with you.
- Technical Evaluation: Upon arrival, our quality experts will inspect the piece. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process, which may take up to 30 business days.
Exceptions (Outside Warranty Scope)
We regretfully cannot accept return or warranty requests in the following cases:
- Failure to follow the guidelines set in our Jewelry Care Guide.
- Personalized items (engravings, names, or custom designs).
- Bespoke creations, high-end watches, and fine jewelry pieces.
- Earrings: These are final acquisitions and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances for health and safety reasons.
Important Notes
The piece must be returned with all its original accessories (packaging, instruction manuals, and protective stickers).
Refunds are issued exclusively to the original purchaser and via the payment method used at the time of acquisition.
